1. Cooperative Work: Each member contributes just 3 hours per week towards our community-owned businesses and projects. This collective effort allows us to share everything we grow, build, and create for free among all our members, fostering mutual support and inclusivity.
2. Community Ownership: Every member is an equal shareholder in all businesses that belong to our community. This ensures that decisions are made democratically and everyone has a voice in our collective ventures.
3. Sustainable Living: We strive for self-sufficiency. In our communities, we aim to provide everything needed for survival—food, housing, services, education, and more—through our own efforts, for the benefit of all.
